Jessica joined Lake Contracting in 2015, starting her journey as a laborer on job sites. She immersed herself in every aspect of project coordination, learning the ins and outs from start to finish. In 2016, she transitioned to the office as an Assistant Project Manager.
In her current role, Jessica is an indispensable ally to the Project Managers, seamlessly juggling a wide array of tasks across various projects. She works diligently behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth creation and coordination of construction documents. From managing RFIs and keeping meticulous meeting minutes to coordinating project submittals, processing change orders, and preparing closeout documents, Jessica navigates it all with remarkable efficiency. She is the cornerstone of our team, providing the stability and support we rely on. Additionally, Jessica plays a vital role in defining project scopes and crafting construction proposals. With a passion for continuous learning, she is eager to grow and advance within the company.
