Dan rejoined the Lake Contracting team in 2022 after a brief hiatus to explore new opportunities. With over 37 years of experience in various facets of the construction industry, including 26 years as a superintendent, he is an exceptional asset to our team.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, Dan excels at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A true team player and problem solver, he has a robust understanding of all building systems, allowing him to tackle engineering challenges swiftly and effectively. Dan has experience with several projects meeting LEED criteria, as well as the CM-Lean construction process.
Currently, Dan holds a Massachusetts State License along with A, B, and C Licenses issued by the City of Boston. He has a certificate in project management from Northern University, is ASHE certified, and has completed the necessary first aid, CPR, and OSHA training to ensure a safe project environment. Dan’s wealth of experience and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable member of our team.
