Lake Contracting was honored to be selected for this significant project by our valued repeat client, completed in just 25 weeks.
The sophisticated build-out encompassed two full floors for a global law firm in a Class A building in downtown Boston, covering 33,000 square feet. The project included elevator lobbies, conference rooms, huddle areas, copy and distribution spaces, private offices, phone rooms, kitchenettes, and restrooms. Midway through the construction, an interconnecting stairwell was designed and integrated into the project.
Most of the design team, including the client team, was based in San Francisco, and the project was managed remotely, with Lake Contracting serving as the on-site eyes for the duration.
