Renovations to the 1st floor B-2 South Corridor in the Verizon Lite Technology Lab. Lake Contracting worked with Nelson Architecture and WB Engineering to complete this project in a matter of 8 weeks despite long lead items.

This project consisted of removing the existing single offices to refresh the space and keep it consistent with newer Verizon work spaces. Lake then created an open office area including a new pantry with counter for the end user. Lake also completed several team-rooms adjacent to the corridor, with all walls furnished in Idea-Paint to allow for the end user to “brainstorm” wherever they desire.

Lake is very pleased with how the space has turned out and it was truly a pleasure to work with Nelson, WB, and the Verizon team.
