Lake Contracting worked for long time client JLL to create the new Amenities Center at One Post Office Square. Collaborating closely with Vocon Architects and NV5 Engineers, Lake ensured that JLL’s vision for the space was fully achieved.

Despite challenges related to COVID-19 impacting lead times, Lake proactively worked with the team and subcontractors to identify alternatives, keeping the project on track. The construction began while another general contractor was finishing the facade, necessitating exceptional communication throughout the process.

The Amenities Center features a variety of gathering spaces, gaming areas complete with a golf simulator and pool tables, a gym equipped with showers and lockers, and even a nail and hair salon. The project was successfully completed in 30 weeks.
