Lake Contracting worked in conjunction with Visnick & Caulfield and WB Engineering to complete new offices at 500 Boylston over the course of 8 weeks.

The new space includes a large conference room with a two-step ceiling and AV connectivity, a smaller conference room with bulletin board walls, as well as a pristine reception area featuring ceramic tile and a custom built reception desk. Their new space also includes a pantry with new millwork counters and cabinets, as well as an open office area for their systems furniture.

Lake’s favorite aspect of the project had to be the exterior glass front offices throughout the space so that everyone gets an amazing view!
