In 2016, she transitioned to the office as an Assistant Project Manager, excelling in project coordination, managing documentation, and ensuring projects stayed on track. Her attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities made her an invaluable asset to the team.
Now a Project Manager, Jessica brings nearly a decade of industry experience and proven success to her role. She oversees all phases of construction, from project initiation to closeout, confidently managing budgets, schedules, and resources. Jessica fosters clear communication between stakeholders, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure every project runs smoothly and meets the highest quality and safety standards.
