Lake worked with Fusion Design and C3 on the PCG expansion at One Cabot Road. The vacant tenant suite adjacent to the existing PCG offices was renovated to accommodate the growing company.

All flooring, finishes and partitions were removed for new carpet, paint, offices and glass-front conference room. Workstations matching the accent paint colors highlight the open office areas. Glass film was installed on the windows along the outdoor patio. A new pantry was built, including new millwork, VCT, and appliances. All mechanical, fire protection and electrical systems were updated to accommodate the new layout.

The project moved swiftly and the space was turned over to PCG in early January.
