This renovation project consisted of renovating the first floor of a historic wood frame building. The main objective of the project was to replace the damaged wood floor through out. Scope of work included shoring of the floor and walls, temporary support of utilities in the basement, as well as, rebuild and restoration of all finishes to classroom and offices.
